This is my first post in seemingly forever, but the news that Greg Stafford and Sandy Peterson have both returned to Chaosium really made me smile. I don't always agree with Sandy's approach to Call of Cthulhu scenarios but he is still the man I would want in charge of the game. Greg is one of the few, true genius game designers, and I do hope his return will help the company.
I vainly hope that this also means the lamentably bad 7th Edition will be quietly taken to Innsouth and fed to a Shoggoth... But we'll have to wait and see.
Whether the return of the founders and primary creative minds is enough to renew Chaosium, it is still cool they were able and willing to come back and try. It will be interesting to see what comes of it all.
